The KPC team has been certified by Carlisle and Cemseal. The team have installed a TPO/PVC roofing mem-brane over 1.5″ flat PIR insulation on top of the metal roof across several projects, utilizing the OMG Roofing Products Rhinobond attachment method, compliant with FM (Factory Mutual) approved systems. This method allows us to expedite the building’s drying process and deliver a roofing assembly with improved wind uplift performance to the owner.
In 2019, we installed our first single-ply roofing system which at the time was considered to be very cutting edge but of course, nowadays single-ply roofs make up over 70% of the commercial roofing market. We’ve had a lot of experience installing these types of roofs and one attachment method we’ve perfected over the years is the rhinobond system!
